For many of our patients, we have had to postpone and reschedule your appointment.
Capturing a personal and family cancer history is something we believe is VERY important to your management care plan. Normally, we do this at your Annual Well Woman Exam.
Because as many as 10% of all cancers are hereditary, we at the Couri Center want to ensure you are proactive in managing any potential risk. Taking a quick quiz can tell us if you are at a higher risk of developing certain types of cancer.
We are now offering this simple screening quiz ONLINE so you can take it from the comfort of your home! We can then schedule virtual visits (telemedicine), as needed for your safety and convenience!
During this “stay at home” time, we now have a way to continue this patient evaluation. We ask that you take 5-minutes and complete this online quiz.
Our team can then determine if additional steps are needed to assist in your cancer prevention plan.
