The Total Lifestyle By Couri (TLC) program has been life-changing & so easy! At 46 years old, my joints always hurt & I had severe inflammation.

With TLC, I noticed a change in how I felt physically & mentally almost immediately. By my first follow-up appointment, I'd lost 7 pounds, severe ankle swelling, & mental fog.
