12-Week Weight Loss Program
At the Couri Center for Gynecology and Integrative Women’s Health, we want to help women achieve their number one desire: to lose weight. Most women in this world want to lose weight now, or have tried losing weight at some point in their life. Most have also tried the latest weight loss “gimmick” out there. At the Couri Center, we want to help women lose weight the right way. It is necessary to teach women how to live a healthy lifestyle in this not so healthy world. Our 12-Week Weight Loss program includes one-on-one fitness consultations, and personal training. Each week during the program you will meet one-on-one with our trainer to discuss a wide range of topics such as,
- Cardiovascular Training
- Resistance Training
- And more…
Each week will include a 30 minute of personal training. During the visit the personal trainer will review discuss the previous weeks success’ and problems, goal setting, and introduce small changes each week. The personal training time will include a weigh-in, measurements, body fat percentage test, and weekly customized workouts. With dedication and determination, this program will help anyone reach all of their weight loss goals.
