It’s not just about losing weight.  It’s about ending the struggle with food. We get it.  Struggling with weight is one of the most difficult challenges women face.  Weight loss programs at the Couri Center take a different approach.  Our programs are integrative-meaning we help you incorporate proper nutrition along side fitness and health goals.  We look at the big picture, and guide you with each step in a private, welcoming setting!

Our Weight Loss programs includes:

  • One-on-one nutritional counseling
  • One-on-one personal training
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Resistance training

Each week will include a 30-minute of personal training. During the visit the personal trainer will review discuss the previous weeks success’ and problems, goal setting, and introduce small changes each week. The personal training time will include a weigh-in, measurements, body fat percentage test, and weekly customized workouts. With dedication and determination, this program will help anyone reach all of their weight loss goals.

Weight Management RX

For some, despite diet and exercise, losing weight can be extremely difficult.  Supplementing your integrative weight loss strategy with prescription medication can help you achieve your goals.  The Weight Management RX program incorporates integrative nutritional counseling, recommendations, and strategy from our registered dietitian, along with regular visits with your provider to monitor your overall health and weight loss.
