    Designation

    The Total Lifestyle By Couri (TLC) program has been life-changing & so easy! At 46 years old, my joints always hurt & I had severe inflammation.

    With TLC, I noticed a change in how I felt physically & mentally almost immediately. By my first follow-up appointment, I'd lost 7 pounds, severe ankle swelling, & mental fog. Cutting out food groups that I am intolerant to has been much easier than anticipated with the guidance of Leslie, TLC Registered Dietitian.

    I can't say enough good things about the TLC Program and would strongly recommend it to anyone.
